• Deliver top notch service over telephone to clients

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

😊Requirements😊

• Minimally O, or higher qualifications, able to start asap

• Experience in customer service (Huge plus if banking/financial industry)

• Experience in finance/banking industry

• Able to start ASAP, 1 year contract

• Singaporeans only
