Customer Service Officers @ West MNC (Logistics | Shipping | Perm Position)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 545pm

Possible work locations : Pioneer / Tuas (Transport provided)

Salary: $1800-$2400

Responsibilities

1) Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules

2) Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery (High volume!)

3) Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules

4) Liaise with warehouse for shipments

5) Prepare monthly reports for KPI

Requirements

6) Min GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field

7) Possesses basic shipping & warehousing knowledge

8) Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented

9) Singaporeans only! Able to start ASAP!
