• Salary: $3000 ($300 Allowance for night shift)

The Talent

• Must have at least 1 year Experience in Call Centre enviroment
• Min N/O Levels
• Able to speak professional and patient towards customers
• Able to handle fast paced environment

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries viainbound calls or other channels such as Email/Webchat in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner within service level
• Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
• Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
• Make outbound call if necessary
