Job Description





  • Customer service focused professional with a passion for providing customers with a pleasant before- and after-sales experience

  • Respond to general and order-specific queries with the intention to resolve customer issues in a timely manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers, handle customer feedback and complaints effectively

  • Contact customers on substitute or out of stock items and delivery matters

  • Generate daily delivery manifest for delivery vendor

  • Fulfil orders on inventory system & e-Commerce platform

  • Manage all E-commerce administrative duties

  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Job Requirements



  • At least a year’s experience in customer service and administration

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented, confident, friendly, and engaging

  • Background in grocery/F&B industries an advantage

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Able to work a six-day work week, on weekends and public holidays
