$2600 to $3600 (Monthly)
• Manage customers’ orders and ensure timely delivery
• Managing customer experience and uplift service standard
• Resolve all escalated complaints and feedback promptly in a professional manner
• Review calls and other correspondences between CSO and customers
• Work closely with Production and Logistics departments for overall quality service
• Create and manage group schedules
• Implement changes that bring about improvement in customer support initiatives
• A team player, lead and guide CSO on the operational matters and SOP
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems, marketing and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
• Meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Alternate Saturday
