We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to build and expand relationships for our new Buy Now, Pay Later business. The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, with a passion for nurturing strong relationships with customers, passionate about the industry and possess excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for handling all aspects of the client relationship, first level escalation with professionalism and ensure assistance is provided in a timely and accurate manner for merchants
- Develop and manage strategic account plans to achieve aligned goal
- Ensure a successful and amazing onboarding experience for merchants by working with all internal stakeholders
- Conduct in-store merchant onboarding training sessions
- Work closely with marketing team to drive merchant’s partnerships and initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications
- Account Management experience in the Payment / Merchant Services industry of 2 years and above is highly preferred
- Familiar & comfortable in offering financial services & complex solutions to C-level and Senior Management
