Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team in providing customer service to existing clients
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone calls and escalate urgent cases to the appropriate sales agent involved
  • Respond to feedback and comments on social media sites
  • Follow up with new customers post sales
  • Maintain up-to-date records on customer interactions; inquiries, feedback, complaints and pending/resolved cases
  • Generate monthly reports for the sales team on customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
