Job Responsibilities

Assist sales team in providing customer service to existing clients

Answer customer inquiries via phone calls and escalate urgent cases to the appropriate sales agent involved

Respond to feedback and comments on social media sites

Follow up with new customers post sales
-
Maintain up-to-date records on customer interactions; inquiries, feedback, complaints and pending/resolved cases
-
Generate monthly reports for the sales team on customer satisfaction and feedback
-
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements

Minimum 21 years old

Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent

Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)

Singaporean or Singapore PR
