Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Prepare, generate & follow up on Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation & other sales related documents
Follow-up with customer on product label, ensure label design are approved by customer before proceed with the printing
Consolidate and update of Sales Forecast & Sales Summary
Assists the Business Support team in Procurement coordination
Liaise with Suppliers on printing of product labels, leaflets & other packaging materials
Liaise with Regional offices for Sales/Marketing related matters
Liaise with various department to fulfil customers' orders
Handling Of Marketing Activities
Coordinate on exhibition held at local/overseas
Sourcing & Coordinating on diaries, calendars, table planners & corporate gifts
Perform Administration And Secretarial Function
Attending to visitors and setting up of meetings
Travel arrangement on Hotel & flight booking, Visa application and submission
Double-Tax Deduction submission to IE Singapore
Distribution of mails to Directors
Provide Secretarial duties to Directors
Handling telephone enquiries & other ad-hoc related duties
Manage domain email
Abide by the Company's rules and regulations at all times
Strictly observe company's safety regulation and procedures
Exercise maximum care and good judgment in preventing accidents and fire
Interface with other departments within the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Has at least 1-2 yrs experience in export sales coordination
Able to multi task and work under pressure
Other Information:
Working hours – Mon - Fri, 815am – 530pm
Location – Transport Provided at Lakeside / Boon Lay MRT
