The purpose of this role is to assist and support the APAC Coordination Centre, primarily in attending to logistical matters outside office, and secondarily, in connection with a variety of clerical tasks mostly (but not exclusively) relating to preparation and attending to execution of application documents and general immigration enquiries.


  • Sorting of documents and mails
  • Make timely collections and deliveries within Singapore
  • Provide support in operational activities and handling of administrative duties
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE O / N Level
  • Independent and must be familiar with Singapore roads
  • Good communication skills & the ability to liaise with English speaking clients
  • Possess a sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Able to commence work at short notice and commit for a 3 months assignment duration
