ROLE
• In-charge of all activities in QA/QC Department and Audit
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report directly to the Factory Manager
• Lead a team of QA and QC personnel
• Motivate and guide the team effectively
• In charge of all Internal and External Audit
• Coordinate with and work closely all Department HOD to resolve production and delivery issues
• To set policies and procedures for QA Department
• Monitor staff work performance for Appraisal
• To carry out and constant update on ISO Documentation
• To ensure all QA equipment are calibrated periodically and properly maintained
• To ensure all QA reports are on time for Delivery and inspection if necessary
• To ensure Monthly OTD performance, Monthly Quality Performance Report and
NCR Analysis
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• Above 5 years experience in Internal audit / External audit of ISO 9001 : 2008 , OHSAS 18001, Integrated Management System
• Above 5 years to manage team of QA/QC function, Oil and Gas, and precision engineering experience
• Diploma / Degree in relevant qualification.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiar in Quality Management System or Integrated Management System
• Able to understand and interpret technical drawing
• Knowledge of welding, NDE, and coating processes
• Knowledge of CMM, basic measurement
• Proficiency of MS Office
• Knowledge of Quality Tools such as 5 WHY Analysis, 8D report , FMEA, CAR, NCR and 7 QC tools skill
Working Hour
5 days work week
8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary : $4,500 - $5000
