• Provide technical support and consultation for enhancement and change to network configuration and application implementation ensure timely problem resolution and actively update information on the abnormalities
• Production/Non-Production environment support for IT systems running enterprise applications (online, batch and reporting) and System Integration, System Testing, System Fault Isolation and Analysis for following system:
• Network Management and File Server System,
• Telephony System,Public Address, PABX and Alarm System,
• Global Maritime Distress and Safety System,
• Wireless Damage Control & Communications System,
• Long Range Acoustic Device,
• Ensure all SOP, policies and procedures are adhered to and close loops for the problem tickets that generated and manage third party vendors on site
• Maintain network documentation. Prepare operation and management reports

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Server setup and configuration (Red HAT Enterprise Linux, VMWare)
• Knowledge in Communication Systems (VoIP, Radio Communications, Telephony, Public Address and Alarm System)
• Knowledge in RF Engineering (RF System Setup, Troubleshooting, working knowledge of EMI requirements to perform analysis)
• Good System Engineering Background with the ability to perform System Integration, System Testing, System Fault Isolation and Analysis for the following:
• Communications Server System,
• Network System,
• Public Address and Alarm System,
• Telephony System,
• Global Maritime Distress and Safety System,
• Batteryless Telephone System,
• Wireless Damage Control & Communications System,
• Long Range Acoustic Device,
• Network Management System,
• Entertainment System and
• PABX System.

Expected Start Date: 

We are seeking 3x Fleet Operations Managers !

Each with their own expertise in: 

- Managing/tracking delivery performance & Forecasting 

- Training, Skills development of Drivers/Attendants 

- Management of Fleet Trucks & Staff - Holders of Class 4 license is a plus!

Reporting to the Group Manager, you will be working together with 2 other Fleet Managers to manage 8 drivers, 8 truck attendants and 2 supervisors to fulfil logistics pickup. You will assist the Group Manager in either of the scope you're assigned to. 

Job Description

• Overall in charge of all Fleet (Drivers & Driver Attendants)
• Provide managerial role for team
• Responsible for running daily operations
• Managing/tracking delivery performance & Forecasting
• Training, Skills Development of Drivers/Attendants
• Management of Fleet Trucks & Staff in terms of attendance, KPI
• Maintain good working relationships with customers
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and require coordination with other departments
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management
• Plan and execute daily planning base on Standard Operations Procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 4 year(s) of working experience in a supervisory/managerial role 
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Good in data analysis (MS Excel)
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Singaporeans only

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Sat)
• Able to start work within a short notice will be an added advantage
• Casual wear environment, jeans, tees, covered shoes e.g. sports shoes preferred!

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: $3000 to $3500 (Negotiable)
• Mobile Allowance: $50-70/mth
• Attendance Incentive of $300 monthly for good attendance!
• Meal Allowance for days of overtime
• Performance Bonus $350/$550
