Job Description

- To perform daily housekeeping tasks (such as bed cleaning and making. toilet washing, office cleaning, high dusting, surface wiping, floor sweeping and mopping, replenish of consumable items, clearing of rubbish, etc)

- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirement

- Must able to work in Healthcare environment
- No qualification is needed, training will be provided and paid accordingly

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to a wide variety of mechanical and electronic equipment,  e.g., disassembles, cleans, lubricates, and replaces equipment parts as needed; makes minor mechanical repairs.  
• Monitors equipment and takes reading at designated intervals; tracks the status of the system.  
• Records and reports defects or failures in boiler fuel, electricity or water; immediately responds.  
• Extracts samples; documents the test results.  
• Performs change-out of chemical containers as needed.  
• Performs scheduled plant inspections, and records observations in the facility logbook.  
• Monitors system performance and starts and stops equipment as required.  
• Ensures the plant’s utilities are properly functioning to receive steam, chilled water, compressed air & electricity  
• Responds and completes work orders; maintains daily shift production logs.  
• Operates and maintains the boilers, steam turbine, compressors, chiller, CLS system, RO water system, Cooling Tower, and pumps to effectively run processes and equipment.  
• Complies with MOM laws, policies, and regulations, and adheres to quality assurance programs and safety standards.  
• Adheres to safety programs to promote a safe environment and to minimize safety hazards/injuries.  

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed as training will be provided on site
• Possess Boiler Attendant Certificate is a must
• Shuttle bus will be provided
