• Setup the maintenance check list for maintenance staffs to check the machines and equipment
• Frequent checks, especially for critical machines and equipments
• Keep spare parts for critical machine and equipments
• Study machine breakdown periods and make improvements
• Make improvements on machines and equipments by analyzing the machines equipments data
• Effective management of staff to create a conducive and positive environment that encourages self-improvement. Fostering team understanding of company’s policies and objectives.
• Offering immediate, effective and appropriate solutions to maintainence issues.
• Maintain and enhance performance of current infrasture and machinery to prevent and decrease frequency of breakdown and the need for new machinery.
• Prioritise requests as we deal with many urgent requests on a regular basis. We are required to prioritise and deal with these requests and make prompt decisions that are in line with company policies and senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / relevant working experience
• Min 3 years of similar working experience, preferably in heavy industry / marine industry
• Able to lead or supervise technicians

• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations, General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
• No experience / fresh grad are welcome ! (Safety training will be provided)
