The Job:

• Handle complaints and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
• Responsible for the purchasing of all maintenance parts
• Cleaning of Koi pond

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical / Air-con or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Electrical licence by Energy Market Authority (EMA) will be an added advantage
• Possess integrity, good decision-maker, resourceful
• Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays

JOB SUMMARY:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the processes and procedures by which the company purchases and transports materials abide by Client specifications, company policies, and international regulations. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing common assets and goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:

• Manages the logistical process whereby goods are received and prepared for delivery to the designated export packer/freight forwarder or to the rig.
• Works closely with the Material Coordinator and Procurement personnel.
• Coordinate with export packer/freight forwarder documentation for movement and transportation of materials from warehouse to the rig.
• Coordinate and supervise export packer/freight forwarder the customs clearance for importations; the clearing and forwarding process, liaise with customs, maintain required documents, all in support to the rig.
• Ensure materials required at the rig are dispatched at the appropriate time – coordinate the entire process.
• Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation.
• Communicate updated schedule and information to operations/project coordination.
• Assist Procurement Specialist to expedite vendor for goods delivery and responsible for timely and accurate information regarding material availability and forecasting end results.
• Work closely with the Procurement Specialist, Local Logistics Coordinator and Local Logistics Executive.
• Places a strong emphasis on material and transportation operations and cost management.
• Utilizes AMOS system to manage common assets and goods in Singapore and shore base.
• Supervise and guide logistics partners to manage physical common assets and goods.
• Issue common assets or goods to rig as per Procurement Manager’s instruction.
• Provide documents required for the shore base support office.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm (might have OT on weekends)

Location: Alps Avenue

Salary: $1800 - $2300

Duties

• To check all documents and cargoes before release of shipments to terminal handling agent
• Sort all import & export shipments for lodging to airlines
• Ensure cleanliness/housekeeping of warehouse
• All warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
• Any ad-hoc task assigned
• To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipment
• To perform pick and pack of import and export shipment
• To ensure cargo taken over from collection team are in perfect condition. To report to Supervisor/Operations Manager when discrepancy is found.

Requirements

• GCE N Level certification and above
• Min 1 Year experience
