Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations for purchasing, new product sourcing and/ or supplier quality management
• Invite quotations, verify and complete purchase requisitions for approval
• Negotiable and maintain good relationships with all suppliers to obtain best pricing
• Maintain and review from time to time an efficient and effective supplier base that best supports the business and operational requirements
• Ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the business with consistent quality
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and expedite delivery
• Qualify incoming goods upon receiving regularly
• Review monthly orders and consumption
• Reconcile and analyze all orders and ensure optimal inventory and operational requirements
• Analyze past and future inventory demand volumes, inventory trends and make forecast to minimize wastages or surplus
• Ensure discrepancies in purchases, purchase orders and invoices are reconciled within the month
• Work closely with Culinary and Operations department on R&D and Chef Tables.
• Handle administrative and other adhoc duties as required.

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience within food & beverage sector
• Candidates with experience in purchasing raw materials may apply
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin languages is required as the incumbent would be generate and read reports in Chinese
• Good Microsoft Excel skill

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop forecasting schedule for raw materials, inventory items, replenishment, etc.
• Ensure all purchases are in accordance to accounting policies and procedures
• Develop profitability plan for export business expansion and Central Kitchen (CK) production
• Implement quality control plan for all Suppliers in relation to incoming goods
• Manage requests from Operations, Kitchen and Marketing to ensure business continuity
• Review all purchases [cost, quality, storage, etc. every quarterly
• Improve eProcurement system for flexibility and accountability
• Support new R&D and Marketing proposals to boost creativity and profitability​
• Develop capabilities and improve quality and safety of current Logistics Team
• Create a detailed work plan for incoming and outgoing goods in relation to CK and its production to ensure increase in productivity and control of wastage
• Review daily outlet ordering versus daily delivery goods
• Manage storage space within CK and Warehouse in relation to production quantity and forecasting
• Develop Supply Chain system comprising Procurement, CK and Logistics

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics and Operations Management
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience in F&B or Retail with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese in order to liaise with internal & external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, staff)
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive work attitude
• Good administrative, negotiation, and problem solving skills
• Mature, able to handle multi-tasking and work pressure

• Responsible for the preparation of drinks and set meals.
