Job Scope
·Management Responsibilities
oLeading and managing a team of part-time packers with daily operations
·Outgoing Operations
oPicking, packing and checking of outgoing orders
oCoordinating with logistics partners on collection schedule
oPreparing of packaging materials (e.g. cut bubble wrap & paper, fold boxes)
·Incoming Operations
oRecording stock quantity and tallying against the invoice.
oChecking quality of incoming goods
oStocking in, tidying and arranging goods
·Stocktaking
oPerforming routine stocktaking of goods and inventory reconciliation
oPerforming routine stocktaking of packaging materials and ensuring sufficient replenishment
·Customer Service
oHandling customers enquiries and special requests.
·Other Administrative or Ad-hoc Duties
oMaintaining and updating of e-commerce platforms
oTracking of incoming goods to ensure all orders are timely received
oEnsuring cleanliness and tidiness of office
Salary
SGD 1,600 - SGD 2,200 (Negotiable)
Working Days & Hours
5 days per week
Monday to Friday: 930am - 630pm with 1 hour lunch break

REQUIREMENTS

·Conversational + Basic Business English [Read, Speak & Type]

·N Level or equivalent and above
