HIRING QA INSPECTOR FOR 6 MONTHS PERIOD (able to convert to perm if performance and attendance is good)

Scope of works

- Inspection of QA items based on sampling.

- Perform visual inspection on OEM parts (list will be provided by Engineer) and Outgoing Inspection @ Chin Bee and Penjuru before parts are sent to ALB/User Re-pack loose items back into supplier packaging and ensure adequate protection (oil when required).

- Check COC information on copy is accurate against the physical part and Physical part is correct against past orders.

- Check of any damages ie rust, cracks, dents, scratches, deterioration on rubberized parts.

- Update inspection status and records to engineer.

- For outgoing parts: Check calibration/test report is within 1 year of issuance.

- Taking photos of OEM item.

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Assist in Financial and Management Reporting:

·Prepare Audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during the yearly audits.

·Follow up on auditors’ recommendations and implement control measures in day-to-day operations to reduce any internal control weakness.

·Reconciliation of GL accounts and Bank Reconciliation.

AP Functions:

·Verification of work orders.

People Management and Customer Relations:

• Carry out oil sampling on Singapore Power (SP) electrical assets located around the island

• Observe safety during work and perform housekeeping
• Execute / perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in any engineering field
• Customer oriented and a good team player (need to work with team-mate and SP personnel to the various electrical installation for sample collection)
• Candidates with a valid Class 3 driver’s license will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health requirement
• Work at height is required
• Candidate must be willing to be deployed on-site (outdoor and humid environment)

• Prepares sensor solutions and sensor part A and B.
• Accurately records all data required by production documentation following cGMPs and ISO regulations.
• Follows good laboratory practices and maintains equipment in good conditions, following cGMPs, ISO and safety rules.
• Interprets weighing and formulation instructions on products Batch Records.

• Experience in production, laboratory or manufacturing operation within the Food/ Pharma / Chemicals / Biologics / Flavor / Beverage Industry
