Current workload 50% admin, 50% customer service duties
·Attend to customer enquiries on the product/services
·Listen, engage and empathise in order to clarify and understand customer needs
·Conduct and assist on sales activities and events to generate more leads
·Attend to customers’ feedback and follow through effectively to resolution within the team
·Maintain high level of customer engagement to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
·Perform monthly reconciliation of service request,payment from customer & vendor invoice
·Monitor and follow up on general administrative work and enquiries via email/phone calls
·Administer the CRM platform
·Developing relationships with customers to maximize sales potential and ensure total customer satisfaction
·Prepare month end report
·Proactively engage customers’ to obtain feedback and develop deeper understanding of the customers’ wants
·Possess at least a diploma/degree in any discipline
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)
·Customer centric mind-set with passion in customer service delivery; sociable; able to handle customers professionally and independently
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Application:words, excel, power point
·Familiarity with CRM system and practices
·Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in related role
·Able to start work with immediately
