In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive online and offline sales and marketing efforts across the group’s brands; PPP Coffee, Chye Seng Huat Hardware, Stellar-M.
Roles & Responsibilities
·Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms.
·Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals
·Maintain the group’s owned media including website, social media and marketplace platforms
·Monitor and respond to customers’ enquiries/feedback/review on email and social media platforms
·Provide useful solutions to operational issues and suggest areas of improvement
·Provide marketing support for onsite and offsite events and/or perform any adhoc related duties as required by the marketing team
·Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to key stakeholders
·Undergraduate with in final year of business, advertising, brand marketing, communications and/or public relations studies
·Understanding in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada and Shopee
·Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for details
·Proven ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
·Basic knowledge in photography and Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
