PPP Coffee is looking for an experienced client manager to be part of its account servicing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing & developing our commercial/wholesale business in Singapore through acquiring new business account and maintaining relationships with our existing clientele, mainly (but not limited to) within the hotels, restaurants and cafes (“HORECA”) and offices territory.

Job Scope:

  • Identify and generate new wholesale client leads.
  • Grow, develop and maintain both new and existing business account.
  • Manage a portfolio of HORECA and corporate clients’ account, including retention, development and growth.
  • Prepare product proposals and/or presentations and quotations whenever necessary.
  • Provide excellent client servicing and demonstrate high-level professional knowledge and skills.
  • Handle and provide professional and timely advice to our business account for queries relating to the wholesale business/products, working in close coordination with relevant departments.
  • Cross-sell products and/or services across the PPP Coffee Group to new and/or existing clients.
  • Update and maintain business account according to CRM and sales processes.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule in-person meetings targeting (but not limited to) HORECA and corporate clients in Singapore.
  • Coordinate any programs and/or activities (when necessary) with all business account within the wholesale business in Singapore.
  • Meet or exceed set goals for sales and performance, working both independently and within a team.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with good sense of numbers.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong interest in specialty coffee.
  • Experience and knowledge in coffee brewing and coffee machine highly preferred.

  • Partnerships: Establish relationships with strategic partners to further engagement reach (e.g. members of societies/clubs and subject experts to give talks; and establish education & outreach programmes for schools.)

Requirements:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in arts and humanities, arts/events administration or experience in a relevant field
  • Creative, quick-thinking and ability to learn fast
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Has a passion for building and empowering communities within the Singapore arts scene
  • Strong knowledge about the local and/or regional visual arts scene
  • Relevant working experience in volunteers management and partnership
