Chef – Chinese Cuisine

Salary: from $2500
Location: Jalan Besar
Working hour: 6 days, 11am – 2pm & 5pm – 9.30pm (off on Monday)

Job Descriptions & Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine
• Oversee entire kitchen operation, manage kitchen crews
• Food hygiene certified, strict sense of safety standards and protocols
• Ensure company control procedures in respect of food production, portion control and stock management are fully implemented

• Maintain file on all notifications/ letters issued to stakeholders
• Make necessary phone calls to parents
• Liaise with Teaching staff e.g. Messages from parents, any other assistance needed.
• Sort and distribute items for staff and pupils
• Collate survey return
• Check & Replenish First-Aid items in Office
• Any other administrative support functions as required by school

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• relevant work experience in administration
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
