Roles:

-Manage E-commerce related functions on all platforms that the company is currently and/or has plans to be present in.

-This includes listing of new products, participating in E-store campaigns, strategizing promotions, customer engagement / assisting with online queries, updating of inventory, store decorations and assisting with order preparations.

-Align, synergize and ensure consistency in all digital communications across E-commerce and social media platforms.

-Build and manage social media profiles and online presence for the company.

-Conceptualize creative contents and copywriting for social media channels (Facebook and Instagram)

-Other basic administrative and marketing duties.

Requirements:

-Must be detailed, organized, responsible and able to keep track of deadlines.

-Self-motivated and driven; Able to work independently.

-Knowledge and experience in both front and back-end of E-commerce systems for Lazada and Shopee

-Preferred to have experience in using Canva.

-Knowledge in Design software – Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – will be a bonus.

Immediate to 2 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the laboratory technical staff in the areas of specimen processing, procurement and may perform lab testing under the direct supervision of medical technologists.
• Follow all laboratory protocols and policies in checking specimens (e.g. COVID, blood, stool, urine, etc) received & make sure that names tally with the request forms for testing.
• Assist in the care and maintenance of lab work area, furnishings & equipment.
• Follow test requirements of reference laboratory & procure appropriate specimen for testing.
• Perform bar coding samples & processes laboratory specimens received from patients under prescribed laboratory guidelines.
• Utilize lab information system (LIS) to register patients, retrieve results & print reports.
• Utilizes centrifuges & other lab equipment to process specimens & prepares them for testing
• Receives requested stock items & distributes them to the appropriate place within the laboratory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant work experience in a medical laboratory environment.
• Able to start work immediately, on shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Candidates without experience are welcome
