Requirements:

• Min GCE “O” with Min 1 Year working experience preferred in Courier / Air Freight Industry would be an added advantage
• Class 3 licence acceptable although Class 4 Driving License preferred as candidate would be able to drive a Truck.
• Good Interpersonal skills, organised, independent, responsible, able to multi-task in fast paced environment and good knowledge of Singapore Roads

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of picking and packing orders, quality control standards, preparing and facilitating shipment deliveries within the stipulated time frame
• Updating daily stock balance
• Performing monthly stock take and updating into inventory management system (Shopify)
• Unpacking and organising new shipment arrivals
• Coordinating stock movement with suppliers
• Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound flows, cope with delivery constraints and hiccups, local regulations, festivals, or business activities.
• Perform all administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, returns
• Handle showroom stock management, visual display and store upkeep
• Provide thoughtful, strategic insights into unmet user needs and help ideate actions for product, marketing, and growth leadership to implement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations.

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Job Functions;

• Banking ops experience in related function
• Timely performance & review of BAU reconciliation reports/reporting and inform * Business Units on the reconciliation outages
• Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages in a timely manner to Business Units with proper follow through.
• Perform monthly financial/management reporting
• Active participation in assigned projects in the Department and involved in projects/user acceptance testing.
• Perform form completeness check and customer authorization are verified.
• As a maker, perform data entry for verified requests on a timely and accurate basis.
• As a checker, to ensure all information entered by the maker is accurate.
• Attend to all irregularities / exceptions and escalate to supervisor where applicable.
• Ensure processing is completed within agreed turnaround time with no defects.
• Assist in gathering accurate statistics for MIS reporting.
• Observe and comply with documented policies / procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc)

Job Scope

• Assist drivers to tally and find missing goods
• Assist drivers with damaged and return goods
• Assisting supervisor with ad-hoc duty in the warehouse.
• Housekeeping of warehouse and loading premises.

• Able to carry load of up to 30kg at times
