Premier Golf is Singapore’s first comprehensive golf facility with the latest simulators, short game facility including a sand bunker, and fitting centre to learn, practice and enjoy golf fully air-conditioned! Our in-house golf academy will be focused on beginners and kids from 3 years old.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate centre manager to join our young family of coaches and staff in handling customer enquiries, manage the facility and lessons booking system, sell lesson and membership packages, and manage the golf facility and clubs in a way that is reflective of our brand. Attractive bonus and training will be provided, including free golf lessons to understand the game!

Responsibilities

 Communicate with customers, answer queries and resolve problems

 Build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand

 Handle and resolve customer complaints with understanding and diplomacy

 Provide lesson and service recommendations based on customer needs

 Explain program details, follow up on sales enquiries and proper enrolment

 Understand and introduce golf simulator use to customers

 Manage internal customer management software for booking of facility and lessons

 Opening and closing as well as overall housekeeping of the facility

 Base salary with performance bonus

Candidate Requirements

Essential

 GCE N Levels

 Good command in English

 Enthusiastic learner with good verbal skills

 Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers including kids

 Strong problem solving abilities and desire to create positive customer experiences

Preferred

 Prior experience in customer service (1 year)

 Basic conversational Mandarin

 Basic understanding of golf

^^Only for minimum 2 weekdays and 2 weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun), 6 hours per day

Working location: Changi Airport Terminal 3, Compass One, Great World City, Jurong Point, Bugis Junction, Vivo City

Working hour: Flexi timing for PT, 2 shift for FT (Subject to schedule)

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for manning the outlet stations and product preparation.

• Food preparation, cashiering and general cleaning duty.

• Compliance with NEA safety and hygiene standard requirements.

• Provide good customer service and product quality.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements: -

• No experience is required but must have positive attitude and be prepared to work hard.

• Customer-centric, service-oriented and a team player.

• Able to commence work at short notice will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

·Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff

·Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production based on the premise in the company

·Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order

·Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner

·Assume the role as Head Chef in his or her absence

·Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

·Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.

·Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.

·Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.

·Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.

·Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the recipes.

·Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.

·Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.

·Assisting supervisor in inventory duties

·Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitised to meet HACCP standards
