Job Descriptions:

1. Process payroll payments for employees
2. Verify and process payments for contractors and suppliers
3. Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
4. Compile and maintain monthly reports
5. Maintain accurate records of claims processing and data entry
6. Coordinate with team members to keep records up-to-date and provide administrative support to multiple departments
7. Coordinate and update inventory for company assets
8. Create list of necessary items to purchase to maintain sufficient inventory levels
9. Assist with events and act as a bus attendant when required
10. Perform any other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently
4. Proficiency in database management, Google Sheets, Sleekflow, and WhatsApp
5. Customer service-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Being proactive in completing assigned tasks with strong problem-solving skills

Seeking a customer service executive to manage our client database. Reporting to our Director, this role is responsible for managing our existing client relationships within the building industry. You’ll be directly assisting the director in preserving and expanding our customer base.

Job Scope:

1. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

2. Able to handle admin and payment matters with the customers/clients.

3. Create marketing materials to send them to our customers / clients
