There is 1 position for Junior Architect available!
Specific Responsibilities:
• Assisting with project management, site coordination & client management for construction projects assigned to you.
• Assisting with tasks relating to supplier liaison and procurement.
• Assisting and executing with designs, technical, tender and presentation drawings, and administration of the project(s) leading to its completion.
• Assisting with the production of drawing for onward submission to Authority.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
Competencies to learn:
1. Good communication skills and active participation and contribution in critical project phases such as design development, strategic planning processes and cost management/efficiency.
2. Ability to supervise site, manage ongoing projects and coordinate various key roles in design development, project timeliness and ensure that it is within budget.
3. Gain experience with related fields (carpentry, construction, interior design).
Requirements:
• Singapore citizen / PR only
• Recognized architectural technician qualification(s)
• Minimum 1 year(s) relevant practical experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Able to work in teams
• Able to work under pressure
• Minimum qualification of at least Diploma

This position reports to the Principal Architect. Fresh Graduates are welcome! Position to commence as soon as possible.
