Location: Walking distance from Bendemeer / Boon Keng MRT station

Working Hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Handle full set of documents (mainly SEA export shipments)
• To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. MBL, HBL, pre-alerts), customs declaration via Trade-net (eg. Permit, CO) and billings.
• Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie. Shipping lines, truckers, customers)
• Monitor and update shipment status
• Verify and take in Vendor cost into systems; prepare payment
• Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company

Requirement:

• Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with positive attitude.
• Candidate with no prior experience but possess the right attitude will be considered.
• Meticulous and ability to multitask
• Candidates with experience will be an advantage

The Front Desk Executive serve as the point of contact between STALFORD ACADEMY and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educate prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance with closing.

Main Duties:

• Administrative duties in terms of Microsoft Office

• Familiarizing with Stalford Academy curriculum and programmed.

• Identify and recommend on course curriculum that are tailored to customer’s needs and objectives.

• Liase closely with customers to address all course inquiries (i.e. walk-in/online platforms) with closure.

• Coordinate with Centre Manager to ensure smooth process for customer registration and enrolment.

• Collect and review quality feedback from customers to improve sales.

• Responsible for administrative duties including maintaining database records and sales data analysis.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Specification:

• Fresh graduates who are pro-active and sales driven are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience working in sales is an added advantage.

Monthly Salary: $2,600

Performance Bonus: $150

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on CCTV cameras and backend systems

• Attend to service requests from customers promptly and professionally

• Act as single point of contact for all customer enquiries

• Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras

• Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required

• Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts

• Work with principals, suppliers, system engineers to resolve technical issues

• Conduct product demonstration to customers

• Candidate will be scheduled for on-call support rotation

Requirements:

• NITEC in Security Technology/Security Systems Integration/Electronics Engineering will be added advantage

• Class 3 Driving License will be added advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
