Talent management
-Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees
-Responsible for total hiring process such as job posting, sourcing candidates through job fair and social media
-Serving as first-line contacts for running background checks to screen candidates
-Conducting initial interviews
-Coordinating with hiring manager responsible for making the final selection
Compensation and employee benefits
-Responsible for functions such as negotiating group health coverage rates with insurer
-Overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ benefit
-Support employees in compensation and benefit-related cases
-Conduct research and studies related to topic
Training and Development
-Training team is responsible for building out instructional programs that have a direct effect on the success of the business
-Identify, design and update learning initiatives
-Managing and cultivating relationships with employees
Operations
-Support the daily operation of customer service department (phone calls, emails & internal system)
-Create weekly and monthly reports
-Interacting with customers and handling customers queries
-Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
-Other ad-hoc Assignments
