General Description
Primarily responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product.
Key Responsibilities
• To assist in executing and managing operational duties in the department
• Ensure smooth operation and finished products are always of consistent quality
• Decorating pastries and baked products using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Adhere to all standards of food presentation, production and portioning controls
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in production area
• Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
• At least 1 years relevant working experience with similar capacity, preferably in central kitchen environment
• Those with no experience but willing to learn and have a strong passion in baking are welcome to apply
• Able to perform shift works if necessary
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand coldness
• Initiative and self-motivated with positive attitude
Qualifications
• Secondary / Certification / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
