Job Description

• Checking/Ensuring if food delivery riders/drivers are adhering to Company rules i.e Wearing correct attire for delivery, check if they are using LTA approved vehicle, etc
• Collecting feedbacks from riders/drivers
• Reporting to manager for riders/drivers who disregarded theguidelines
