1.Manages all Club events bookings and enquiries.
2.Preparation of Club events logistics and operations.
3.Assist in membership roadshows both indoor and outdoor
4.Conceptualize, plan, organize and coordinate activities and courses at Club level
5.Activities include social, recreational such as Family Leisure activities for members and guests, social and educational courses
6.Prepare post-event reports and feedback
7.To assist in annual budget plans
8.To promote activities through social media platforms and design publicity materials to increase level of participation.
9. Assist with logistics, office and store management on a monthly basis, including the procurement process.
10. Assist with the training and supervision of other team members where required for the events
11. Ensure that health and safety policies and regulations for events are adhered
1.Min GCE ‘O’ level
2.At least 2-3 years in corporate planning, projects & events management experience. Preferably in hotels /clubs
3.Ability to multi-tasks with self-driven attitude
4.Strong diplomacy and excellent communications skills
5.Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator and canvas is essential
6.Excellent verbal and writing skill
-scale events experience an advantage
8.Proven track record in creating and delivering successful events
