Roles & Responsibilities
The Events Coordinator will need to;
• meet clients to discuss and understand their requirements
• carry out client profiling assessment and make neccesary recommendations
• need to explore sales opportunities
• follow the client’s vision and details for the event
• provide administrative support for the department
• converse with them via phone for handling queries and requests
• handle a few projects at the same time
Requirements
• Possesses a minimum of 'A' Level or Diploma with minimum 2 years of working experience
• Is a Singapore or a Singapore PR
• Professional and Confident
• Have Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong credentials may be considered
• Candidates with engineering knowledge has an advantage
• Required to fulfill a minimum of 3 days, 4 hourly per week
