F&B Service Associate/Service Crew/Chef 126544

We are a F&B establishment in Singapore dedicated to good whisky and in particular vintage and rare whisky. We offer quality tasty meals alongside with curated, omakase pairings of whisky dram or specialised flights to go with the meal. We are looking for F&B Service Associates/Service Crew/Chef with a strong passion in making our customers feel at home and deliver an excellent guest experience. We highly value active listening skills, willingness to learn, dependability, honesty and integrity.

Job responsibilities are:

- Taking reservations, serves customers by helping to take their orders and serve them; or helping them select products.

- Makes and serves simple beverages.

- Makes and serves simple food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

- Responsible for preparation work before opening and after closing.

- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

- Discovers and responds to customer needs.

- Ensure customers have a great time throughout their dining experience

- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

- Alerts management of potential security issues.

- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

- Assists with the cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.

Other requirements:

- Pre-NS enlistees or Post-NS students waiting for commencement of studies are welcomed. Only local Singaporeans and PRs need to apply.
