Job Scope:

• Taking ownership of the Accounts receivable function managing a portfolio of overseas and local client's billings, credit control and debt recovery.
• Partner closely with the business team on resolving billing and collection matters.
• Maintain the billing system, customer master data maintenance and filing records.
• Review cash on delivery transactions and perform daily reconciliation.
• Monitor incoming funds from different channels, prepare bank deposits and verify cash received.
• Generate monthly billings and expense recharges, process incoming receipts, retrieve payment details from sources and allocate payments.
• Perform account reconciliation, verify and reconcile monthly settlement reports.
• Prepare statement of accounts and debtor aging report for distribution to the business team.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts, record interaction and consolidate collection status.
• Support AP activities, perform other accounting tasks, and participate in ad-hoc projects on an as required basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification and above in related field.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Team player as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:

09.00 to 18:00 on weekdays

Salary Range:$3000 to $3500
