We are looking for a First Impressions Officer to join our HR team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing our candidate database to help us find top talents for our different businesses!
• Helping us hire for different level positions in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Large scale initial screenings for candidates including reaching out to potential candidates and conducting phone interviews.
• Creating job postings that will help us stand out.
• Welcoming candidates to face to face interviews and creating an inviting vibe.
• Working with our team on other People-related projects.

You’ll be a good fit if:

• You have great communication and hospitality skills.

• You have relevant experience in the retail industry - advantageous
• You have a HR-related degree (HR, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, etc.) - an advantage but not a must.
