Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic fitness instructor to join us and implement training programs for our members. The fitness instructor is responsible for accurately assessing clients at the start of their journey, compiling reports, and developing their fitness levels. They should be able to assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness

To be successful as a fitness instructor, you should stay up to date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and provide solutions to your client's fitness needs.

Job Responsibilities:

·Maintain a professional image and conduct befitting of fitness professional

·Provide professional exercise recommendations to members

·Proficient in the use and demonstration of gym equipment

·Demonstrate exercises to members

·Provide feedback to members on exercise techniques and fitness routines

·Design and administerappropriate programs tailored to the members’ needs and goals

·Achievemonthlyfitness salesand service KPIs/targets

·Ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

·Passionate about improving/enriching the life of others through fitness.

·Good sense of customer service, patience, responsibility and integrity.

·Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales KPIs and service.

·Able to commit to shift hours (Including weekends and public holidays)

·Candidates with recognized Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.) preferred but not a must.
