Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore! We are launching outlets island wide and we’re looking for highly motivated, customer centric Barista’s to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers enquiries with product details
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
• Responsible for the cashiering duties
• Supporting with inventory management, ordering & in-store operations
• Housekeeping duties, maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times
• Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
• Assist with other outlets duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Immediate starters would be a plus
• Able to converse in English
• FnB / retail / hotel / service / barista / bartender / airline industry welcome
• No experience welcome too (especially if you love coffee!)
• Able to perform well during high-volume peak hours
• Agile, energetic & team player
• Charismatic and enthusiastic in meeting new people and forging client relationships

*Candidates with experience managing a store will be considered for Captain position.
