Front Desk/Customer Service Officer (Retail/Salary up to 4K) 101722

We are a Beauty Company seeking for Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to join our expanding team.

Multiple positions you can apply together with your friends!!!

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments
• Follow up on appointments made to ensure healthy turn-up rate
• Front desk including administrative, receptionist and cashiering duties
• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• You should possess a GCE N level and above including NITEC with minimum 0-2 years of relevant experiences in Sales/Telemarketing or Customer Service
• Entry level or candidates with no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers to schedule appointments)
• Comfortable to reach out to potential customer over the phone, outgoing personality, self-driven and customer oriented
• Must be able to commit to retail hours
