$2200 to $2500 (Monthly)
·Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
·Registering, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
·Assisting patients to fill out information forms as needed.
·Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
·Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
·Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
·Min Nitec / GCE O Level
·Min one year proven working experience as a Receptionist cum admin or similar role
·Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent in speaking Mandarin (to communication to the Chinese speaking patients)
·Proficiency in computer
·Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
·Professional attitude and appearance
·Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
·Able to work as a team
·Singaporean / PR prefers
·Good remuneration based on experience
·13th month bonus at the end of each calendar year
·18 days' annual leave per calendar year
