JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary: $2,000 - $2,400

Work Week: 5 Days Per Week

$16 staff meal credits

10 Days annual leave (no limit!)

JOB SCOPE

• Able to cover all stations (Production, Hot Kitchen, Toast & Buns, Garde Manger, Barista)
• Food preparation as per station
• Assembling food orders according to SOP
• Daily stock taking
• Follow FIFO rule when re-stocking goods
• Assisting Chef de Partie
• Assistant in-charge of station Know what is required for opening & closing of station Handing over to next person taking over station (what items running low etc) Plating of orders according to SOP
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
