Full-time Condominium Male Cleaner At Newton/Novena 115590

We are currently looking for full-time condominium male cleaner to join our operations team.

• Location: Novena/Newton (Nearest North-South Line MRT station) and Newton (Nearest Downtown Line MRT station)

• Full-time cleaner - Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm

• 1 block condominium, 1 basement carpark and 1 toilet (No gym, badminton/tennis court)

General cleaning duties includes:

• Sweep and mop corridors and common area

• Cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces including lift buttons, handrails, letter box and bench

• Cleaning of bin chamber and clearing of bin chute

• Washing of toilet

• Cleaning and polishing of lifts

• Periodic high-dusting and floor scrubbing

• Ensure safety measures are adhered to during operation

• Use of cleaning machineries (e.g. Hi jet) as and when required

• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Cleaning experience

• Cleaning cert in WSQ

• Physically fit

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
