JOB SCOPE:

• Assist Chef in cooking
• Preparation of food ingredients
• Preparation and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment
• Maintain a high quality of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
• Responsible for kitchen floor cleanliness and sanitary item
• Handles all cooking material and equipment and keeps it well cleaned
• Weekly refrigerator & chiller cleaning
• Ensure cleanliness and work order in compliance with standards at all times.
• Understand and adheres to workplace safety.
• Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned
