We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Full Time Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of the warehouse in Singapore. Able to work on shift based work patterns.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate warehouse processes, from inbounds to outbounds, on a timely basis
• Ensure work areas are clean, neat and organized to be able to facilitate order fulfillment and restocking activities
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient good flow and accurate inventory count
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Participate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse environment preferred
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems or Inventory Management systems will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to work on shifts
• Able to cope with physical requirements of receiving and replenishing stock

Able to commit for min 1 month

Able to work shift/weekends

Must be comfortable with shifts if possible (1st and last shift - can claim transport)

•1st shift: 5.45 am – 2.30 pm

•2nd shift: 9.30 am – 6.15 pm

•3rd shift: 12.30 pm – 9.15 pm
