Cashier Duties:
- Bagging items
- Collecting payment and giving appropriate change
- Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift
- Maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals
- May be responsible for checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low.
Baker Responsibilities:
1. To be able to mix and bake ingredients according to the recipes and to produce the desired tarts and pastries
2. To be able to identify and clear damaged or expired ingredients and stocks
3. To minimize wastage of ingredients and stocks
4. To evaluate and maintain the quality of ingredients
5. To maintain the standard of the pastry items
Requirements:
1. Have a good and high standard in health safety and hygiene
2. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, NiTEC in any field
