Responsibilities:
You will lead an in-house marketing team across 14brands and associated projects (local and overseas), managing and supporting staff to deliver high quality work. You have to ideate, design, and roll out marketing initiatives to help and grow the business (from partnerships to marketing stunts - think outside the box!). You also have to be the eyes and ears for the organisation and brands in the marketplace, conducting market research and business development analyses. A hands-on approach in rolling out these marketing communications activities is expected.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
·Responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing communications strategies for 14 F&B brands
·Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-channel marketing in line with corporate and branding direction while reflecting local priorities
·Responsible for the conceptualisation, planning and execution of in-store and digital marketing events/programmes/activities as well as cross-branding collaborations activities
·Overseeing the development, implementation and budgeting of marketing, advertising and promotional materials and services
·Creating and managing all marketing assets in line with brand direction
·Forecasting ROI for significant events and activities and reviewing actual results against budgeted expectations
·Managing marketing spends within given budget and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets, when necessary
·Promoting active social media engagement with target audience
·Collaborating with other departments to drive and support any tactical promotional activities, campaigns, initiatives, etc., when necessary
·Networking at marketing and company events
In addition:
·Assisting to build and grow the corporate brand position.
·Assisting to plan and implement Public Relations activities to amplify marketing efforts, when necessary
·Inspiring, motivating and supporting team members so that they are thinking and acting at their best, delivering high quality work to meet organisational standards
·Promoting cooperation and strong teamwork
