🔥Working Hours:

-7.30am – 4pm (Mon-Fri), 7.30am – 12pm (Sat)

-8am – 4.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8am – 12pm (Sat)

-8.30am – 5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30

🔥Location: Bukit Batok

Job Scope:

🍙Assist patient to onboard My Health Map

🍙Promote app and assist patients to download the app.

🍙Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk and educate them on mobile payment.

🍙Provide support as and when required.

Requirement:

🎈Outgoing personality; not shy to approach patients

🎈Prior customer service background is advantageous

🎈Able to stand for long hours

🎈Be flexible to be assigned to other clinics for coverage when required
