Job Description

• Position Title: Warehouse Executive/ Warehouse Operations Coordinator
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm; Alternate Sat, 8.30 am – 11.30 am)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Be overall in charge and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for proper planning of operations
• Manage inbound and outbound activities of warehousing operations to complete daily tasks on time
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for operational arrangements
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to solve issues related to inbound and outbound processes
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support inventory, movement, cycle count, and store-take reports
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and plans for management
• Perform other duties as assigned when needed

Requirement

• At least Nitec in Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Warehouse Management or Customer Service
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
