Job Scope:

- Responsible for maintaining the dishwashing area and dishwashing machine clean

- Proper cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, kitchen utensils and pots

- Restocks all dished, utensils, pots and pans

- Keep dishes and other storage areas clean and organized

- Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant/kitchen as requested
