Prerequisites for the role

• ABA certified with minimum 6 months experience / 3 years’ experience working with ABA certified therapists.

• Diploma or Degree preferred, especially in psychology or related fields.

• Fresh graduates or undergraduates in related fields are welcome too.

• Ability to interact and work well with children

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative, fun-loving, and energetic disposition

• Highly self-motivated, can work independently also in a team, strong sense of responsibility and keen to learn.

• Completely committed to the progress of every child in your charge

You will be required to:

• Prepare well for each session in advance

• Communicate with parents when required

• Monitor and submit students’ progress report

• Work with your Program Supervisor to ensure each child remains on track with their planned progress

• Conduct home-based therapy session at multiple locations

• Training will be provided
