Work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service
Assist hotel customers with their room booking needs.
Make hotel room reservations for customers based on requirements and budgetary allowances.
Check availability of rooms on customers' desired arrival dates.
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
Sort out issues that may arise with room bookings or reservations.
Answer questions from customers about the reservation process.
Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel reservation.
