duties and responsibilities

training new housekeeper to make up a checked-out guest room.

ensuring the cleanliness, orderly and attractiveness of a guest room.

responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests whenever shortage of manpower.

ensuring public area and common area are well maintained.

involving in housekeeping supplies and linen stock taking.
-
involving in giving suggestion with hotel manager to improve guest room experience.
-
checking cleaned guest rooms before another guest checked in.
-
ensuring guest requests are acceded.
-
rostering housekeeping roster.
-
co-ordinating with hotel maintenance technician to solve room defects.
job requirements:
*prior hotel housekeeping experience of at least 5years and more.
*matured, proactive and positive individual capable of multi-tasking.
*guest-centric with a passion to serve.
*outspoken personality with basic english communication skills
*ability to perform independently and as part of a team
*able to commit to rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
